Located just six miles from Route 66 in Northern Virginia, our 14-acre sunflower farm and honey bee sanctuary provides an incredible backdrop for formal and informal events alike. Lake Manassas glistens at the edge of the property, bald eagles are frequent visitors, and our flowers and pollinators contribute to the beautiful energy of nature and the symphony of life on the farm.
Our guests enjoy a unique venue while supporting environmental education. One hundred percent of the proceeds from our events support the Sweet Virginia Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit on a mission to teach kids about honey bees and share the joy of sunflowers.

This gorgeous property is perfect for large outdoor events and smaller intimate events that require an indoor space. The grounds feature several locations for tents and can accommodate a full band and dance floors outdoors. Multiple grass and stone terraces allow for flexible event design. Guests can stroll the grounds and enjoy multiple swings and a wide selection of stunning backdrops for both formal and informal photography.

Use of outdoor lawns, terraces, and fields for six hours, including set-up and clean-up. Additional time may be reserved by the hour at $450/hour.
The Barn $2400
Use of the barn for six hours, including set-up and clean-up. Additional time may be reserved by the hour at $250/hour.
Full Grounds $5000
Use of the full grounds, including the lawns, terraces, barn, and fields for six hours, including set-up and clean-up. Additional time may be reserved by the hour at $500/hour.
